      <image:caption>Der Einbezug des Körpers in die systemische Beratung kann sich anbieten als hilfreich erweisen. Ich nutze dafür die Vielfalt des Yin Yoga in Einbezug der Prinzipien der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin, Breathwork / Pranayama und Meditation. Du kannst zunächst deine Lebensgeschichte in deinem Körper spüren lernen und sie dadurch auch integrieren. Aber alles ist möglich. Unbekanntes, was du imaginieren und körperlich fühlen kannst, hat eine Chance Realität zu werden. Es geht nicht um Selbstoptimierung, sondern um Akzeptanz für die/der, welche/r du bist. Auch unabhängig einer systemischen Begleitung kannst du dir mit einer Yin Einzelstunde etwas Gönnen und hast du Möglichkeit dich ganz mit dir und deinem Thema zu verbinden.       <image:caption>Ich integriere Pranayama (Atembewusstein und -lenkung) sowie die Yin Meditation in meine Yin Yoga Klassen. Wir explorioeren Pranayamas und du hast dann die Möglichkeit dich tiefer mit dir zu verbunden. Yin Meditation bedeutet, dass unser Fokus nicht auf einem bestimmten Objekt, Körperteil etc. ist. Wir folgen hier dem Ansatz des Yin Yoga und erlauben unserem Geist auf „Wanderschaft“ zu gehen und trainieren dabei Yin-Qualitäten: Empfänglichkeit, Aufnahmebereitschaft, Zulassen, Toleranz, Ruhe, Reflexion, Passivität. Basis dafür ist die Stille im Körper. Danach darf alles, was sich zeigt, einfach sein. Gerade kein Gruppenangebot.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Momentan biete ich keine Yin-Yogaklassen im Gruppensetting an. Im Yin Yoga feiern wir das lange Leben und die Lebendigkeit in der Stille - die relative Ruhe in den Positionen mit denen auf körperlicher Ebene das Fasziengewebe stimuliert wird. Du kannst dich hier auf eine sehr, sehr langsame und ausgedehnte Praxis der Innenschau einstellen. Rückzug und Kontemplation stehen im Vordergrund der Yin Praxis. Ich gestalte das Setting so, dass du dich möglichst verbunden mit dir selbst in die Positionen hereinschmelzen lassen kannst. Yin Yoga ist eine meditative Praxis. Ich werde dementsprechend in der Klasse wenig reden, um dich die Stille erleben zu lassen, dir jedoch kurze Impulse in den Rückzug zur Kontemplation mitgeben. Als Kontrast dazu werde ich immer mal wieder an einer Stelle den Raum mit meiner Stimme und dem Harmonium in Bewegung bringen, sodass du explorieren kannst, was mit deiner inneren Stille passiert, wenn deine Umgebung in Schwingung kommt. Egal ob du dich von zu Hause zuschaltest oder du in den Space for Yoga in den Täubchenweg 10, 04317 Leizig kommst - du bekommst eine Videoaufnahme der Stunde zugesendet, sodass du die Sequenz beliebig oft in den darauffolgenden 7 Tagen wiederholen kannst.</image:caption>

Yin Yoga hat seine Wurzeln in der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin und führt uns durch die Ruhe und Kraft in die Stille. Durch das längere Verweilen in den Positionen werden gestaute Energien im Körper aktiv harmonisiert. Auf diese Weise wird wieder ein Gleichgewicht in Körper, Emotionen und Geist hergestellt. Die Positionen dehnen das Faszien-System, also das Bindegewebe, die Faszien und Bänder, und bringen die Lebensenergie wieder ins Fließen. Somit bildet Yin Yoga auf körperlicher Ebene auch den perfekten Gegenspieler zu kraftvollen Trainingseinheiten oder zum Laufen. Die Stille ermöglicht ein aufmerksames Hineinhorchen in unseren Körper und unsere Gefühlswelt, dadurch entsteht nach einer Yin Yoga Praxis eine tiefe innere Ruhe und Achtsamkeit. Im klassischen Yin Yoga werden traditionell viele Hilfsmittel hinzugezogen, die uns tiefe Entspannung erlauben. Das besondere beim Yin Aerial Yoga ist, dass wir das Tuch als Hauptunterstützung einsetzen können. So wird unser Körper unterstützt und gleichzeitig werden wir gehalten und beschützt. Somit kannst du klassische Yin-Positionen auch kopfüber erleben.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ich möchte in diesem Kurs meine zwei Lieblinge des yogischen Weges mit euch teilen – Pranayama (Atembewusstein und -lenkung) sowie die Meditation. Wir starten mit ein paar erdenden Pranayamas in den ersten 30 Minuten. Im Anschluss stimmen wir uns mit der Wiederholung von Achtsamkeitsprinzipien auf 60 Minuten Yin Meditation ein. Yin Meditation bedeutet, dass unser Fokus nicht auf einem bestimmten Objekt, Körperteil etc. ist. Wir folgen hier dem Ansatz des Yin Yoga und erlauben unserem Geist auf „Wanderschaft“ zu gehen und trainieren dabei Yin-Qualitäten: Empfänglichkeit, Aufnahmebereitschaft, Zulassen, Toleranz, Ruhe, Reflexion, Passivität. Basis dafür ist die Stille im Körper. Danach darf alles, was sich zeigt, sein. Wenn du zu der Klasse in den Space for Yoga kommst, endet die Stunde in den letzten 30 Minuten mit dem Kontakt zur Gruppe. Wenn du im Onlinestudio praktizierst, endet die Gruppenerfahrung an der Stelle für dich und ich gebe dir die eine oder andere Refelexionsfrage zum Journaling mit ins Wochenende.</image:caption>

Im Yin Yoga feiern wir das lange Leben und die Lebendigkeit in der Stille - die relative Ruhe in den Positionen mit denen auf körperlicher Ebene das Fasziengewebe stimuliert wird. Du kannst dich hier auf eine sehr, sehr langsame und ausgedehnte Wasserpraxis einstellen, denn auf energetischer Ebene sind wir laut der TCM noch ganz und gar in der Wasserzeit drin. In der Zeit des tiefsten Rückzugs und Kontemplation. Yin Yoga ist eine meditative Praxis. Ich werde dementsprechend in der Klasse wenig reden, um dich die Stille erleben zu lassen, dir jedoch kurze Impulse zum Thema Lebendigkeit und Klarheit mitgeben, sodass du dich möglichst verbunden mit dir selbst in die Positionen hereinschmelzen lassen kannst. Als Kontrast dazu werde ich an ein oder zwei Stellen den Raum mit meiner Stimme und dem Harmonium in Bewegung bringen, sodass du explorieren kannst, was mit deiner inneren Stille passiert, wenn deine Umgebung in Schwingung kommt.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Das Gefühl von Scham ist eine soziale Emotion, das heißt sie hat u.a. den Sinn auf Regeln, Werte und Normen der Gemeinschaft zu achten, sodass wir daraus nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Deshalb ist es auch wichtig Regeln, Normen und Werte zu kennen und einen hilfreichen Umgang mit der Scham zu finden. Im Gegensatz zur Angst gewöhnen wir uns nicht an die Scham, d.h. jede Begegnung mit ihr ist unangenehm. Wir können sie aber besser kennenlernen, sie verorten und mit ihr neue Erfahrungen machen. An diesem Punkt möchte ich in der Klasse ansetzen. Im geborgenen und liebevollen Setting des Yin Yogas möchte ich mich mit euch der Scham langsam nähern. Du kannst dir, wenn du das möchtest, eine eigene Intention/Frage mitbringen und mit der Scham in Kontakt treten. Auch der ressourcenorientierte Blick bleibt hier natürlich klar im Vordergrund, sodass wir auch einen Blick in die Zukunft wagen können.</image:caption>

When this balance is disrupted, it can lead to physical discomfort, emotional distress, or even illness. A Polarity Therapy session involves hands-on techniques, breathing exercises, and sometimes nutritional guidance. Practitioners work with specific points on the body, known as energy centers or chakras, to harmonize the energy flow. Depending on the session it can be a gentle, relaxing experience. Other times it can be dynamic and invigorating depending on the client’s needs at the time of the session. History Polarity Therapy was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone (1890-1981), an Austrian-American Osteopath, Chiropractor, and Naturopath. His extensive studies in various healing modalities, including Ayurveda and Taoist traditions formed the foundation for his groundbreaking work. Dr. Stone observed that the human body operates on energy systems as described by Eastern philosophies. Dr. Stone developed a system of hands-on techniques, focusing on specific energy centers within the body. The result of his life’s work is what we know today as Polarity Therapy.</image:caption>
